Aside from the cardiovascular and muscular strength previously mentioned, physical health is also commonly stated through these things: body composition, agility, balance, flexibility, muscular endurance, and speed. One’s body has to be strong enough to function well. Being physically weak hinders anyone from working the usual, thus leading to an unhealthy and unhappy life.
